so i've been sick since my last fotd (tomorrow it will be a week!) and i haven't worn any makeup since last saturday. the longest i've gone in a long time! i'll get the courage to do so tomorrow because i'm really dying to use my newly acquired pandamonium quad! most fotds i see using it are a little on the blah side so i'm going to try using it to it's full potential.

i've also noticed myself lusting more after nars blushes. it dawned on me recently that i've hit pan on my sole nars 'orgasm' blush and i've never ever hit pan on anything other than my trusty studio fix powder! so yeah. i'm all trying to find the perfect orange-y pink blush and i have a feeling nars might be the one to fulfill that need.

as weird and dumb as this sounds, i've been mentally kicking myself because as a hater of all things no doubt/gwen stefani, this year i've fallen in love with a particular l.a.m.b. bag that i bought not too long ago because it finally went on sale (after lusting over it for 5 months) and most recently, i decided to go and smell the L perfume as well because i've been looking for a new signature scent since my beloved MAC MV5 was discontinued this year. so i go in to sephora to spray it on and i ended falling in love. all day, i kept sniffing the paper i sprayed it on and decided i needed to have it. i ended up scoring a big size of it on ebay for $20! that's a $50 discount in case you're not familiar. i was awoken this morning by the mailman with my package. authentic and it smells soooo good!

well 2 things--one, for some reason when on auto focus, my camera (nikon d50) tries to focus over and over until i tilt my head. boom! it takes a pic. that's why a lot of my pics are me semi-sideways. it's annoying and poser-like, but you see it's not completely my fault! also, since the departure of my friend's sb-600 flash i'm having to resort to natural light in my apt. (which sucks) but oh well. i'm on a blue brown & green kick and it's starting to piss me off because i don't like things to stay the same. especially on my face! but here we go!
